American Empire Company does not accept returns or exchanges for purchases, including changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or personal preferences, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No Returns or Exchanges

Please check product descriptions, size information, colors, quantities, and shipping details before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged simply because it is unwanted or does not fit as expected.

We do not offer refunds or store credit for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or selecting the wrong size or color.

Review Your Order

Customers are responsible for confirming their selections and shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it enters processing or fulfillment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when possible.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. This review process does not establish a general return or exchange program.

Made-to-Order Products

Some products may be produced or fulfilled after an order is placed. These items are also final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference changes, except where required by law.
